Google CEO Resigned from Apple

I got this news from DetikINET that Google CEO, Eric Schmidt, has officially resigned from the board of directors of Apple. This action is following a strict competition of the two companies.
Comission Federal Trade (FTC) are investigating the practices that may not reasonably be done by Google and Apple. The two companies share directors.
Schmidt pullback is not the FTC investigation. FTC praised that action, but it seems not yet satisfied.
“We have been investigating the issues associated director of Google and Apple for some time, and praised both parties realize that the director will share issue is not healthy competition, especially Google and Apple compete increasingly with one another. We will continue the investigation against the directors who are related between the two companies, “say Richard Feinstein, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition.
According to TechCrunch, in addition to Schmidt, there is a similar figure in the two companies. Arthur is in Levinson, Genentech CEO.
Levinson currently serves on the board of directors two companies. Levinson estimated will have to repudiate one of the end for the occupation FTC investigation.
